What they were up against.

A real estate brokerage pays real money for its leads — portal enquiries, paid ads, the website — and then loses most of them to the clock. How we built it.

We wired every lead source — the portals, the paid-ad forms, the website — into one pipeline. The moment a lead lands, an AI voice agent calls it. Not in fifteen minutes, not after the next viewing — inside a minute, while the person is still on the page that sent it.

The call does not sound like a bot. We cloned the brokerage’s own agent voice with ElevenLabs, so a lead gets a warm, natural call from a voice they will recognise when they meet in person — the personal touch a brokerage trades on, made instant.

On the call, the agent qualifies — buying or selling, budget, timeline, the area and type of property — and books a viewing or a valuation straight into the right agent’s calendar. Everything it learns is written to the CRM as a structured lead record, so a human agent inherits a warm, qualified lead instead of a name and a number.

Leads that are not ready yet are not dropped. The agent follows up on a schedule — new listings, check-ins — until they are. Anything that needs a person, like a serious seller or an unusual question, is handed straight to an agent, and every call is recorded and transcribed.
