No. It answers only from the material you approve: your scripts, rubric and exercises, or your treatment menu, prices and policies. Anything outside that goes to you or your team. You run test conversations and correct it before a single client or patient sees it.
What does a custom build cost?
You get a fixed quote in writing after a free call and a free audit, set out in a one-page plan. We don’t publish a number because scope varies a lot: a scored quiz is a small job, and a voice role-play coach with a coach dashboard is a much bigger one. The number in the plan is the number you pay, for most builds 50% to start and 50% at launch, with fixes for 60 days after launch. Hosting and AI accounts are in your name, so the running cost is the provider’s bill, which grows with use, not headcount. No seat fees and no revenue share.
Who owns it, and who sees the data?
You own the code and the data. Hosting, database and AI provider accounts are in your name, and client data stays there. We use AI provider APIs that do not train on your data by default. If you stop working with us, it keeps running, and the code is written up so another developer could take it over.
How fast is it live?
For coaching businesses, a first version takes about two weeks and most builds go live in four to six. For clinics, the first build, which answers inquiries and books consults with a deposit, is scoped to be live in three to five weeks.
Does it work with the tools I already use?
Yes, where the tool allows it. A coach sits next to Kajabi, Circle or Skool and sends contacts and tags to GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss or your email tool. A clinic system books into your calendar and sends the deposit link. Every connection is confirmed in your one-page plan before you pay anything.

If you only need answers, use one. They usually cost less than a build. Build with us when you want clients practicing your scripts and exercises, scored on your rubric, in a dashboard your coaches act on, under your brand with the data in your accounts.

For coaching
No. It takes the practice and the repeat questions between calls. Anything sensitive, or anything outside your material, goes to you or your team. Its job is to send clients into your next call prepared, and to show you who needs a human before they drift away.
For clinicsWe already have an AI receptionist. Why build?
For clinics
If answering the phone is all you need, keep it, because it costs less. A build in your clinic’s own voice is built to reply to DMs, texts and missed calls in under a minute, books the consult with a deposit, follows up the consults that did not buy, and brings past patients back.
For clinicsWill it give patients medical advice?
For clinics
No. It answers from the scripts your clinic approved. For weight-loss and hormone programs, the between-visit companion checks in, answers prep and aftercare questions from those scripts, and sends side effects and red flags straight to your nurse. Urgent symptoms page your on-call provider, and the patient is told to call 911 in an emergency. It never gives dosing advice.
