Founder and lead engineer - Shahzaib Shoaib

I'm Shahzaib Shoaib. I founded Zaibex and I lead every build it takes on. I've been writing software for clients since 2018, and building with large language models since GPT-3's first week. Nearly everything I ship now has a model somewhere in the middle of it, doing a job that someone used to do by hand or never had time for.

I started in 2018 at Hasati, building storefront websites, React admin panels and checkout screens. In 2019 and 2020 I took contracts on Upwork. Between 2020 and 2024 I was a senior full stack developer at Vaionex, working on digital-asset products such as NFT exchanges and crypto wallets, and mentoring the junior developers. The project from those years I point people to is Legaliser, an AI contract drafting and review platform. I was a senior engineer on its product team. My part was the contract analysis tools. For the insights tool I added a schema that makes the model fill in typed fields, so the screen gets the same shape of answer every time.

Zaibex is where I do this work directly for the people who need it. The biggest build so far is ResultPal. We built the full ResultPal platform for author Dr. Pelè. He sells it to organizations. Its AI coach helps people use his teaching, and it was in production in about three months.

I lead the technical architecture, engineering decisions, and software implementation of ResultPal, translating Dr. Pelè's proprietary methodology, product vision, and detailed functional specifications into a working SaaS platform.

Most of my work now is for coaching businesses. Some are coaching companies with a team of coaches, and some are experts who sell a method of their own. Both already have something that works in a session. What goes missing is the week after, when people go back to their inboxes. An AI practice coach built on the method gives people somewhere to keep practicing, and gives the coach a way to see whether it's sticking.
