Zaibex builds custom AI practice coaches for coaching and training businesses: an AI that runs your exercises in your words, scores each attempt on your rubric, and grows into a platform you own.

Any method: a hard conversation, rehearsed. The coach plays the other side of a hard conversation, then checks the attempt against the business’s own three steps.
The week between sessions
You see your people once a week. The other six days, they are on their own. We build an AI coach that helps them practice your way in between.
Without
Wed · Thu · Fri · Sat · Sun · Mon. Six days go by. You can’t see if anyone practices. Then you ask: “So, where were we?”
With your AI coach
Example week for Sam, in week 3 of your program.
Sam rehearses this week’s exercise out loud. The AI plays the other side and checks it against your three steps.
One thing to fix, in your words: name what you heard first.
“Try the exercise once more before Tuesday?”
“Does this still apply when they push back?” The AI answers your way.
Second rep. All three steps this time.
Sam marks what felt hard. It is on your list for Tuesday.
Sounds like your business?
Pick what you run.
You will see the four problems we hear most from businesses like yours, and the screen we build for each.
“My bill went up $340. I think I’m going to switch.”
Dave · 5.8, then 8.6 on your rubric“Forty minutes on hold, and this is my third call.”
Helen · 4.9, then 8.9 on your rubricEmma gets your steps the moment she needs them
Reps between classes, not just in them
“So um basically today I’m going to talk about…”
Sara · 3 ums, then 0“Tell me about a time you failed.”

Your coachChapter 4 asks you to say no once today. Who will it be?
A colleague, about the weekend.

Tick the problems you live with. Each has a piece we already build. Mention them on the call.
Why a custom build
Sometimes you should. Here is the honest difference.
| Question | Off-the-shelf practice toolssuch as Yoodli, Hyperbound, Exec and the AI inside Kajabi | ZA custom build by Zaibexon your method, under your brand |
|---|---|---|
| What they practice | The tool’s scenarios | Your scripts, scenes and sessions |
| Scored on | A general checklist | Your rubric, framework or competencies |
| Pricing model | Per seat or per month, or free with limits | A fixed quote in writing, no seat fees |
| Data and code | On the vendor’s servers | In accounts you own. It keeps running without us. |
| Beyond practice | What the tool offers | Portal, check-ins, reports, your own app |
| Best when | Generic practice is enough, you are small, or you want to start today | Your method is the product and you want to own it |

In writing, before we start
The questions owners ask before they say yes, and the answers we put in writing before any code is written.

“What if AI will not help us?”
If AI won’t help your people, we say so on the call.
“We work with children and teens. Is that handled?”
If anyone under 13 signs up, verified parental consent as COPPA requires. For teens, the consent your program already uses. The data lives in a named place and is fully deleted on request. Anything that sounds like a crisis is flagged to a named person on your team. It never diagnoses.
“Does this get in the way of accreditation?”
AI practice sessions are rehearsal and are logged as such, never as client hours. Scores and written feedback land in a mentor queue first. A mentor approves, edits or rejects them before they go on the trainee’s record.
“Will this pass our client’s procurement?”
A data processing agreement, single sign-on, data kept in the region your client names, an export to their LMS, and written answers to their security questionnaire, all in the plan.
What we have shipped
We built the full ResultPal platform for author Dr. Pelè: the AI coach, the member platform and the dashboard behind it. A first version in about two weeks, most builds live in four to six, and ResultPal, a full platform, in about three months.

ResultPal · AI coach platform
“Zaibex helped us transform ResultPal from a product concept into a fully functioning AI-powered SaaS platform in approximately three months, successfully meeting our original development and launch milestone.”
What it does, in his words
“Employees can now practise each workshop lesson with an AI coach between sessions and reflect on results, while managers see team progress and where support is needed.”
Also shipped
ResultPal is the only coaching client on this page. Every scene, name and number elsewhere is a labelled example.
How it works
The first three steps are free. You know the full price before we build.
A few lines on where your people get stuck. We reply within one business day.
We learn how you teach and what your people practice.
A one-page plan: what to build first, and one number that does not move.
Built on your method, in accounts in your name. You test it and sign it off before launch.
Questions
An AI that runs your exercises between sessions, in your words. It plays the other side of the call, scene or session, checks each attempt against your own rubric, and replies the way you would. Your coaches see who practiced, who is stuck and who went quiet.
Those are good tools built on their scenarios and their checklist, rented per seat on their platform. We build on your method: your scripts, your rubric, your brand, in accounts in your name, and it can grow into your portal, check-ins, reports and app. If a tool is enough for you, we will say so on the call.
Yes. The coach plays the other side of the call, scene or session your people find hard, on your scripts, and scores each attempt on your rubric. Real estate, loan officer and corporate training programs use role-play to rehearse calls out loud between sessions. Your coaches see who practiced and where the group stalls.
A white-label app is usually someone else’s product with your logo, rented monthly, on their servers and their features. A custom AI practice coach is built on your method, scored on your rubric, and runs in accounts in your name, on one fixed quote. White-label is faster to start. Custom wins when your method is the product and you want to own it.
Most builds are live in four to six weeks, and your people can use the first version well before that. ResultPal, a full platform, took about three months. You test it and sign it off before launch.
A fixed quote in writing after the free audit, covering design, build, launch and fixes for 60 days after launch. The AI and hosting accounts are in your name, so after launch the running cost is a bill from the provider that grows with use, not with headcount. Nothing monthly to us unless you choose optional support (Care & Grow).
You do. Everything runs in accounts in your name and keeps running without us. Your method is used only inside your build. Nothing you or your people give it trains our products or anyone else’s model.
Yes. The code and the data are in accounts in your name from day one, so leaving just means we stop working together. Nothing to migrate, nothing to export.
Yes. On the call and the audit we write it down with you: your steps, your rubric and the moments your people find hard. Recordings of your sessions or a few pages of notes are enough to start.
Zaibex is a US software studio that builds custom AI coaching apps, which we call AI practice coaches, for coaching and training businesses. The AI runs your exercises in your words, scores each attempt on your rubric, and shows your coaches who practiced and where they got stuck. A first version takes about two weeks, and most builds go live in four to six. You get a fixed quote in writing, and the code, data and accounts are yours.

Bring one problem: the moment your people get stuck, or the thing you are tired of doing by hand.
You leave with a one-page plan and a straight verdict: buy a tool, build with us, or do nothing. Even if you never buy.
