AI coach pricing - One fixed quote, in writing, before we build anything
Zaibex quotes every AI practice coach at a fixed price, written into a one-page plan after a free call and a free audit. The quote depends on scope: voice or text, how many programs and rubrics, which tools we connect and any compliance rules your industry has. You pay 50% to start and 50% at launch. Hosting and AI accounts are in your name, so the running cost is the provider’s bill, which grows with use, not headcount. You own the code and data, with no seat fees and no revenue share.
We don't publish a price list, because a scored quiz and a voice role-play lab are very different jobs. Here is what we do instead. The call and the audit are free. You get a one-page plan with one fixed quote in writing, and that quote is what you pay. After launch, the running cost is the provider’s bill for hosting and AI, in accounts in your name. Nothing monthly to us is required.

Care & Grow
Optional. The build never needs it. Your coach runs in your own accounts with nothing monthly to us. If you want us watching it and adding a new module each quarter, this is the monthly plan for that, quoted in writing only if you ask.
Optional. The build never requires it, and without it your coach keeps running in your accounts. If you choose it, it is billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum, and after that you can pause or cancel. A Certification Practice Lab usually needs more each month, because new questions and scoring reviews go in regularly.

- Subscriptions to your other tools, such as Kajabi, Circle, Skool or GoHighLevel
- Writing your method. We build from what you have written and help you shape it, but the method is yours
- Legal or compliance sign-off. Your counsel or compliance team approves scripts in regulated industries
- Selling it to your members. We help you plan the paid tier, and the marketing stays with you
- Native iOS and Android store apps. We quote those separately

Are the call and the audit really free?
Yes. The call, the audit and the one-page plan with your fixed quote cost nothing. If you say no, you owe nothing.
Why is there no price list?
Because the same word covers very different builds. A scored quiz for your talks is a small job. A voice role-play coach with guardrails for your industry and a coach dashboard is a much bigger one. A price list would either scare off the small jobs or mislead the big ones. So we scope your build in the free audit and give you one fixed number in writing.
Can the price change after I sign?
Not for the agreed scope. The number in your one-page plan is the number you pay. If you later want something new, we write it up with its own fixed quote and timeline before we start it, so the bill never surprises you.
How do payments work?
For most builds, 50% to start and 50% at launch. The Certification Practice Lab is split 40% to start, 30% at the approved first version and 30% at launch.

You do, directly. Hosting and AI accounts are in your name, so the running cost is the provider’s bill, which grows with use, not headcount. There is no markup from us. Our estimates from past builds: about $0.50 to $1 per active member a month for text, and about $2 to $4 for voice. Before launch we set a monthly cap in your account.
How much does a custom AI coaching app cost in 2026?
It depends on scope, so we quote it after a free audit, and the quote is fixed. A scored quiz is a small job. A voice role-play coach with industry guardrails and a coach dashboard is a much bigger one. After launch, expect about $0.50 to $1 per active member a month for text and $2 to $4 for voice, billed by the provider to your own account. No seat fees. Do you take a share of what I charge members?
No. We take no revenue share and charge no seat fee. If you sell the coach as a paid member tier, every dollar of that tier is yours. Our fee is the fixed build quote. Care & Grow is optional.
Do I have to buy Care & Grow?
No. It is optional, and without it the build keeps running in your accounts. If you take it, there is a 3-month minimum, and after that you can pause or cancel.
What if something breaks after launch, or I stop paying?
Every build comes with 60 days of fixes after launch at no charge. After that, fixes are part of Care & Grow, or we quote them one at a time. If you stop paying us, nothing switches off. You own the code from day one, it runs in your accounts, and it is written up so any developer could take it over.
